Libertopia Office Of Constitution Enforcement and SWAT Team 6:
The OOCE is an anti-corruption agency, elite investigative, and law enforcement agency (almost like the Texas Rangers), in that order. They are the official watchdog for public officials and high ranking government agents, regularly auditing the government and government agencies, and literally tracks every single cent that comes into contact with the government, government agencies, public officials, and high ranking government agents.
OOCE officers must have at least a doctoral degree in federal constitutional law and must also study state law before even being accepted into training.
SWAT Team 6 is the Special Weapons And Tactics arm of the OOCE. While SWATT 6 agents aren’t OOCE officers, SWATT 6 is under full control of the OOCE, and SWATT 6 agents must undergo training that is similar to what US Army Delta Force, USMC Force Recon and Marine Raiders Regiment and US Navy SEALS go through (except that, for agents who aren't divers, their training is less water based). SWATT 6 are also generally the first state law enforcement agency to get money and new equipment.
Essentially, Constitution Enforcement officers more intellectually based and are more like investigators, whereas SWATT 6 agents are adapted for combat and crime fighting.
Work uniforms:
SWATT 6: combat fatigues various forms of camouflage depending on the environment (such as charcoal gray with black tiger stripes for urban areas).
OOCE: no formal uniforms (though there is a dress code that regulates clothing to "appropriate" situations, such as casual dull and dark colored clothing for most missions).

Libertopia State Troopers division (LST):
The LST are the largest law state level law enforcement agency, and is the backbone of Libertopia state's law enforcement and enforcement arm of the Department of Public Safety.
It is mainly tasked with patrolling the state's borders, highways, waterways, state properties, and areas where local governments feel that are under policed, in that order.
The LST also runs the state's air and water units, called the "Air Force" and "Marine Corps" respectively (while the former uses though the latter actually uses United States Navy ranks), and are respectively responsible for carrying out missions in air and water for the Emergency Service Unit and other state law enforcement agencies.
The LST even has their own Emergency Service Unit (ESU).

Libertopia Family & Youth Services Police (L-FAYS Police):
The L-FAYS Police is the armed enforcement wing of the Libertopia State Family & Youth services, made up of highly trained & strictly vetted personnel, with officers acting as part cop, part social worker. Their job is to go to cases of suspected child abuse, & to enforce court orders involving children.

Libertopia Animal & Wildlife Services Police:
The law enforcement arm of Libertopia Animal And Wildlife services, which regulates the handling and interaction of animals and wildlife within the state of Libertopia.
A few examples of this are the regulating of fishing and hunting, regulating the ownership and possession and transport of animals, regulating agriculture involving animals, and so on and so forth.Work uniforms: rifle green combat fatigues, though camouflage is used in some cases (especially when serving warrants). County and city governments have Sheriff's offices and Police departments like the most of the United States of America.
Constable's offices are responsible for enforcing civil decisions.
Marshall's offices act as the enforcement arm for courts.

Additional information:
It is constitutionally mandated that all chief law enforcement officers who work for governments be elected. For one to become a law enforcement officer, they must swear to unconditionally follow both state and federal constitutions.
In 2016, immediately after the election of Hillary Rodham Clinton as president and Joseph Isadore Lieberman as vice-president, fearing the worst of the worst, the Libertopia State Department of Public Safety passed Regulation 11/9/2016.
The Regulation dropped the age of 21 to 18 to enter the police academy.
The age requirement to be a security agent, previously being 21 years old, was removed.
Both were done to increase the number of law enforcement and security personnel to cope with expected upcoming chaos.
The regulation also required that all handguns carried by security-patrol agents while on-duty to be chambered for calibers no less than .380 caliber for semi-automatic pistols or .38 caliber for revolvers, unless the cartridge the handgun is chambered for is chambered for a centerfire bottlenecked cartidge. Rifles possessed by security-patrol agents while on duty (including in vehicles and/or buildings) must also be able to generate at least 460 foot pounds.
This was to try to get private security-patrol agents to carry adequate weapons while on-duty.
And lastly, the regulation regulated the predominant colors that state and local law enforcement uniforms and vehicles may be in.
All law enforcement work uniforms (uniforms worn on active duty) may only come in the colors of brown, green, gray, black, blue, and/or camouflage.
This was done to make law enforcement uniforms be dull in color and give slightly better concealment to their wearers.
All law enforcement vehicles in the state, by January the 19th, must predominantly be in the colors of black, darker shades of brown, dark shades of blue, and/or charcoal gray.
This was done to make vehicles less conspicuous, and thus, make it easier for agents to sneak up on suspects.
