Why was Zootopia annexed? And what happened after Zootopia was annexed?

Officially, Zootopia was annexed for 2 official reasons:

1: To protect Israel.

2: To rescue American citizens.

But, the official reason is to gain control over Zootopia's high tech industries (especially in technology and heavy industry), which help supply military equipment and technology to Nations Against The New World Order countries. This is especially when Zootopia has just created a jet fighter called "Aurora", which flies so fast, can hit targets with such great precision, and has such long range that it can bring the world's militaries to their knees in a matter of hours, and Zootopia has already helped supply NATNWO navies with cutting-edge advanced, but reliable, watercraft.

Under the Trump timeline, it was made to ensure full control of Zootopia's and its industries and incorporating it into the U.S..

Under the Clinton timeline, Zootopia was annexed to avoid forcefully awakening her followers about her foreign policy.

The coup was possible when the CIA and Mossad activated human rioters on January the 20th/21st. Becuase the Zootopian authorities have so little experience with the type of chaos that they were facing, a CIA Special Operations Group team slipped in and, albeit just barely, succeeded at pulling off the coup d'eat.

What happened after Zootopia was annexed?

After Zootopia's annexation as a state to the United States of America under president Hillary Rodham Clinton and vice-president Joseph Isadore Lieberman, there were a few, short, however tense, days of calmness.

But, after a raid on a Zootopian warehouse that left over half a dozen BATFE agents dead, the president deployed any special forces that can be mustered, with the United States Marine Corps acting as the backbone infantry force, all both under the Insurrection Act and to enforce federal laws (especially with taxes, weapons and drugs, in that exact order), as as to not (at least technically) violate the Posse Comitatus Act.


On April the 19th, the Militant Animal Nationalists (which is an umbrella term for any group with belifs from wanting to protect sentient animal kind from humans to believing in complete destruction of humans, and belive in using violence in doing so) started carrying out terrorist attacks in the United States.

Specifically, MNI groups went after people who they catch abusing animals on the internet, and especially went after CEO's, owners and managers of companies that they see as abusing animals (especially agricultural and animal breeding companies and research institutions that do experiments on animals that MNI groups disagree with), often kidnapping or, if not possible, killing them.

And even more so, MNI groups went after government officials and people they see as contributing to the "New World Order".
MNI groups also attacked important industries, and especially, infrastructure, which made much of the United States feel like it is "falling apart".


During this time, Tame Collar Enforcement was created, and the president refused to negotiate, instead keeping up the fighting.

Meanwhile, in Zootopia, there is an interservice rivalry going on between Zootopian law enforcement agencies and Federal U.S. law enforcement agencies and military, as that the Zootopians refused to help Federal agencies as that they saw Federal agencies as invaders and are illegitimate. This hampered efforts to suppress terrorism in Zootopia.

But worse, terrorism caused by Zootopian resistance groups .
There were also Zionist , and Islamist terrorists mercenaries were also sent in by the CIA, Mossad, Saudi Intelligence, and MI6 to distract Zootopian law enforcement and the public from the Zionist terrorists.

Many Zootopians see the presence of American federal agents and military personnel in their country as more than an invasion, with Hillary Clinton being King George the III and federal agents and military personnel being the next British redcoats and port-blockading Royal Navy. They also saw Hillary Clinton as the next Prince John, Neoconservatives as the next Sir Hiss, federal agency leaders as the next Sheriff of Nottingham, federal agents and military personnel as the next wolf arrowmen, and so on and so forth.

The House of Peace explained. And what happened to it after 2016?

In 1946, the House Of Peace was completed on the borders of Alberta and West Montana in Cascadia, Saskatchewan in Canada and Montana of the United States of America (the real-life location can be seen at about https://www.google.com/maps/@48.99962,-110.0044919,31m/data=!3m1!1e3).

It was a symbol of a peace agreement on an area were a practical war has been going on for over 100 years at the time, and there hundreds of thousands of people died fighting what was, in the end, a pointless war.

Just outside the House of Peace are granite walls with the names of people who died fighting for the country of the specific side the specific wall was on (for example, the names of Cascadians would be on the Cascadian side, Canadians the Canadian side, and Americans on the United States side) as a reminder of the Cascadian border war.

For the next decades, the broke the ugliness and movement restrictions between the three North American countries.

In the 2017 war timeline, while movement to and from the location was restricted by the armed forces of the belligerents, the armed forces involved agreed to leave the location alone as a sign of respect for people who died in the past.

As the story stands now, it continues to exist.

Cascadia vs America & Canada culture wars, border conflict & Cascadian border & coast defenses

Cascadia and America (and, to a lesser extent, Canada) had a very rough relationship with each other, not only with political but also, cultural differences.

This all started just before the Lewis and Clark expedition, when secular classical liberals and minarchists wanted to separate from the heavily christian United States of America, especially with their feeling that the U.S.A.'s government not doing enough to protect all human and animal rights, and to keep its people free from the wrath of the central banks in the long term.

After the Lewis and Clark expedition, these secular classical liberals and minarchists moved to the pacific northwest of the United States and Western Canada, from Northern California to Yukon, and from Yukon to parts of Wyoming up to Western Montana.

Just as the War of 1812 started, they declared this land to be the "Secular Nonpartistan Constitutional Federation of Cascadia", and since then, has fought the American and Canadian governments to keep that land.

The first border defenses were a combination of cavalry and scouting patrols by rangers (long-range light infantry).

Later on, fences were built, which were replaced by barbed wire, which ended up getting sandwiched in between anti-vehicle mines and sandbagged trenches with machine guns, and behind the trenches, heavy artillery, air support, and anti-aircraft defenses.

But the physical barriers are not like the cultural differences.

As of modern times, many Cascadians see Canadians as starry-eyed leftists who have little real understanding of personal freedom (particularly on weapon laws and freedom of speech), virtually no understanding of economic freedom (don't ask why their economic freedom situation is not worse), and let other cultures screw them over.

For decades, by comparison, many Cascadians see;

Typical American conservatives as delusional Evangelical Christians who are:
. Gullible to fear tactics (especially sensationalism and outright lies about Muslim-on-Christian or Muslim-on-Jew violence). 
. Have little understanding about economics. 
.Have no understanding of foreign policy beyond what big-name right ring media tells them. 
. Thinks that the world hates America for being free. 
. Are tribalistic and thinks that Muslims commit terrorism out of pure hatred for non-Muslims, and sees all Muslims are being in the same rival tribe.
. Have no understanding of personal freedom outside of freedom of speech, and to an extent, gun rights (though many are fudds).
. Thinks that Jewish people, Zionism, and the State of Israel are the same entity, and, since Jews are god's chosen people, are given a free pass no matter what Jewish individuals or groups or the Israeli government or government agencies do.

And typical American liberals as being starry-eyed, feeble minded snowflakes, who:

. Have no understanding of economics whatsoever.

. Are loyal to tribe leaders (ie politicians, celebrities) no matter what they do (even start wars), as long as they identify with the socio-political left.

. Have no understanding of personal freedom outside of sexuality and bashing people perceived to be "racist".
. Are just as collectivist, and someones more collectivist, than their enemies.

So all in all, Americans are seen as being locked into an archaic left/right paradigm in which, on the right to gain economic freedom, personal freedom must be sacrificed, and on the left, to gain personal freedom, economic freedom must be sacrificed (which more or less came from the French revolution).

After World War 2, Cascadia loosened restrictions on border crossings, making it viable for people to travel through America and Canada to go to Cascadia by land.

However, Cascadian law enforcement is still serious about enforcing immigration regulations, and such immigration controls are seen by the Cascadian people as a nessasary evil to protect their values and principles from fouling, damage, and/or destruction.

The weapon laws of Zootopia & Nations Against The New World Order countries, along with the Civilian Militia, Merchant Navy, Merchant Marines, & the Civil Aviation Service explained.

What is the Civilian Militia?

Constitutionally, full member Nations Against the New World Order (NATNWO) countries are required to have all able bodied and able minded citizens who aren’t exempt (which will be explained later) to be trained in the use of military weapons and to store their weapons, ammunition and other pieces of military equipment in their homes, to have lifetime arms licenses and be free to obtain arms other than weapons of mass destruction or certain lethal weapons prohibited for use in war free of tax.

So what this means is, as soon as an able bodied and able minded citizen reaches a certain age, they go to mandatory arms training. Once they complete training, they receive an arms license, which lasts the holder for life.

Civilians with valid arms licenses, unless exempted, must join the civilian militia.
How the civilian militia works is that people are equipped with basic military gear (such as weapons, ammunition, body armor, first-aid kits, radios, compasses, maps, night vision devices, etc) and, more importantly, trained to use that gear.

If a NATNWO country is directly invaded by a conventional force, the populace can be called to be deployed military-style, led by professional military and law enforcement leaders.

Civilians can also create their own private militas (in a similar manner to how private militas in the United States of America works in real life) or opt to join a private militia instead of joining the public militia as long as the private militia meets or exceeds training and equipment requirements of the public militia.

While being deployed in the Civilian Militia, members are generally given jobs that would fit their skillset the best. 
For example, if someone has knowledge in the medical field, they would be given a medical related job, or if someone is an aircraft pilot, they would operate aircraft. 

Becuase of the lack of a strong chain of command and discipline, and the lack of sophisticated heavy equipment, Civilian Militias are primarily defensive forces.

An individual will be exempted if they committed a serious violent crime or threat, and will be barred from possessing a valid license for as long as the law prescribes and the judge working on their case sees fit. There is an appeal to this in which an individual can petition to a judge to gain their rights back, and the judge decides what happens to their arms rights.

An individual can also be exempted from the requirement to keep arms if they have a mental condition that would restrict them from being able to effectively and/or safely handle lethal weapons, but are not barred from obtaining or keeping arms, only exempted from the requirement to keep them.

NATNWO member countries are required to allow valid arms license holders to transport permitted arms from country to country and to allow civilians to possess arms on seagoing vessels, along with aircraft and spacecraft.

Hospital ships can lose some of their protection as such if they have any lethal weapons on deck that are visible, and the use of any weapon can legally be restricted more than other types of ships, with the last rule applying similarly to passenger ships.

If a vessel docks at a NATNWO member country, if an aircraft lands on a NATNWO member country's territory, or any other vehicle that passes through a NATNWO member country's territory, and the authorities find lethal firearms, ammunition, and/or explosive weapons on board, it is easier for them to legally take the weapons if there isn’t a license, paperwork, or other legal document proving that they’re legally possessed/owned, and the weapons may be kept by authorities until proof of legal ownership/possession is shown. This is to cut down on arms smuggling.

And all in all, the essence of rules of engagement in international waters for a NATNWO country flagged vessel is the same as on land; those on the vessel have the right to protect themselves, but must never start violence or attempt to intimidate, harass, or otherwise bother others.

For example, if an arms license holder from Cascadia goes to Korea (in this timeline, South Korea won, and was reorganised under the NATNWO countries), Korea must accept them.

This is to ensure that civilians stay armed, which is to make NATNWO countries harder to attack by land (and to a much lesser extent, air and sea) forces, and even more, to keep national governments from being violently oppressive on their people. All in all, to give the people the options to protect themselves and, if they choose to, others.

Zootopia, unlike other NATNWO countries that require that all able bodied and able minded citizens be trained in the use of weapons and to keep weapons at home, Zootopia does not require that its citizens have weapons, and has no registration system for most types of weapons.

To acquire non-WMD and non-explosive weapons, one must simply be the age of majority and pass a criminal background check before having a weapon(s) transferred to them.

When I talk about “weapons”, they are mainly knives, swords, bows, crossbows, bb guns, airguns, and firearms.

Weapon transfers must be face-to-face. So an armored truck can drive to your home and deliver the weapons to you, but you must be met by the seller or clerk and pass a background check or have a valid Reciprocity permit.

WMD’s, such as chemical, biological, nuclear, or radiological weapons, along with certain weapons prohibited for use in war, are absolutely prohibited, except for deactivated and cleaned delivery systems with the proper deactivation certificate and paperwork.

For one to obtain explosive weapons, they must get a reciprocity permit with an explosives endorsement, and may be subjected to storage requirements.

What are the Merchant Navy and Merchant Marines?

The Merchant Navy comprises of watercraft from jetskis and small barges to large cargo ships and large passenger ships that are either registered to a NATNWO member and/or owned by an entity in the NATNWO, along with the people employed to operate them.
Any floating object (even a log or tire inner-tube) flying a NATNWO flag, or the flag of a NATNWO member country that is in international waters is given protection by the NATNWO.

The Merchant Navy can be made into a Naval auxiliary for their respective NATNWO country's registry or ownership in time of a major war that requires more than government-owned seagoing vessels to transport personnel and/or material items.

The Merchant Marines are people (generally trained and licensed Maritime Security Guards in peacetime, though Civilian Militia members, and even mercenaries may fill this role if there is a shortage of licensed specialists) employed to protect civilian-owned floating objects registered to NATNWO countries, and in wartime, may provide port/anchorage security and act as rear-line guards.
This is similar to how the real-world marines are stationed on Navy ships as a security force and landing force for the Navy.

Like the Civil Aviation Services, both are maritime components of the Civilian Militia.

What is the Civil Aviation Service?

The Civil Aviation Service is the aviation component of the Civilian Militia, and comprises of all aircraft that can carry a "significant" number of passengers and/or cargo that is owned by entities in the NATNWO and/or registered to a NATNWO country, along with the people that it employs.


The aircraft and their crews can be place under the command of the air force of the aircraft's country of ownership or registration in time of a major war that requires more than government-owned aircraft to transport personnel and/or material items, particularly behind military lines.

Trivia:

Alternate history: the Nations Against the New World Order, European Federation, alternate Korea & alternate Vietnam

The Nations Against The New World Order was formed by Cascadia, Zootopia, and the European Federation in 1946 as a political and military alliance, much like real-world North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and Warsaw Pact.

The Cascadian constitution is the basis for each NATNWO nation and how they operate, with each nation being a secular, nonpartisan, and either a constitutional republic or federation, depending on geographic and population size (republic for smaller countries, federation for larger countries). 


During World War 2, Cascadia ran pro-independence propaganda campgins to regions of western Europe that they occupied gave independence to most of the western European lands listed on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_active_separatist_movements_in_Europe (except for London, England & Catalonia), giving them complete sovereignty and heavy political and military support.

The European Federation’s rival, the European Union, has frequently harassed landlocked EF member states with border controls.


In this timeline, the NATNWO has also won both the Korean and Vietnam wars, with both countries becoming NATNWO members.

Alternate history: the Secular Non Partisan Constitutional Federation of Cascadia

Shortly after the expedition of Lewis and Clark, a group of mainly classical liberal and minarchist minded settlers, along with some Native American refugees, started settling in the Northwestern United States, along with a number of people coming into western Canada, with the group crossing the U.S.-Canadian border, legally or not. Not wanting to be slaves of the central banks, a peaceful independence movement was formed by a group commonly known as the “Cascadians”, with an unclear name origin.

However, after they failed, they fought for their independence, and formed their own republic modeled after the U.S. republic and had a constitution similar to that of the U.S., but with stronger protections for human rights regardless of ethnicity or religion, included animal rights, prohibited income taxes (only sales taxes are permitted, and those are limited), prohibited the establishment of political parties, made it illegal to bribe public officials and agents, and is overall more restrictive on government.

After this, Cascadia virtually became a libertarian paradise, with some of the most personal and economic freedom in the world, and, other than border skirmishes with the U.S. and Canada, is a relatively peaceful and very stable nation.

After the formation of the Secular Nonpartisan Federation of Cascadia, aka, SNCF of Cascadia, or Cascadia for short, fought several border wars and near constant skirmishes with the U.S. and Canada, especially with Cascadian civilian militias assisting Native Americans and Native Canadians right up until the early 1900’s.

Cascadia’s borders expanded from Oregon in the South to Yukon in the North, and from Alaska in the west to Western Montana and Western Wyoming.

In the 1870’s, Cascadia bought Alaska from Russia. This investment paid off with Alaskan gold and oil. In 1917, Cascadia purchased the Virgin Islands from Denmark, and did the same to Iceland in 1968.

In 1965, the Cook Islands, in 1974, Niue, 1986, Micronesia and the Marshall Islands, and in 1994, Palau, became “associated states”, which gets them extra government services, and better defense and funding from Cascadia, along with allowing their nationals and citizens to visit Cascadia with no restrictions.
But, because their constitutions are too different from Cascadia, their governments have no voting rights to influence the Cascadian government decisions.

In the 1930’s, after Adolf Hitler kicked the central banks out of Germany and took power away from powerful Jewish businesspeople, the National Socialist German government asked the Cascadian government for support.

However, Cascadia’s constitution prohibited the government supporting human rights abusers, and Hitler tried to convince the Cascadians to support him simply for his opposition to the central banks on the basis that his government wasn’t evil compared to almost every other country in the world.

Because of the German government’s treatment of minorities and ideological brainwashing of the people, Cascadia never supported the German government at the time, seeing the authoritarian fascist National Socialist party as almost no better than the central banks or colonialist European governments.

When the European theater of World War 2 began, the Cascadian government hoped that Hitler will destroy the central banks, and when that happens, the axis powers and the Soviet Union will fight each other until they become so weak that Cascadia can destroy their governments and insert puppet governments.

However, when Cascadia was invaded by Canada (which later withdrew to support Great Britain) and the United States of America after false-flag bombings in the invading countries, Cascadia threatened to join the axis, but never followed through.

Right when the U.S. military made a serious push into Cascadia & break through the stalemate, it was December the 7th and Pearl Harbor was attacked, and besides, the Cascadians and even the majority of the American and Canadian public wanted to end the war.

This forced the Canadian and U.S. governments to sign the “border non-aggression treaty” with Cascadia, in which neither side is allowed to start violence and both sides must respect the border as a demilitarised zone, and may only send specific law enforcement agencies (the Federal Police for Cascadia, the Border Patrol for the United states, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for Canada) into this demilitarised zone, with the added on requirement that uniforms and vehicles be clearly marked (ie full color patches, no patches with subdued colors, and vehicles must have clear markings in contrasting colors).
It was originally proposed to allow no one into the DMZ, but because there already is too many people living near the border to evict, law enforcement is allowed into the DMZ as long as they do not cross national borders.

A “peace house” was built on the borders of Alberta and West Montana in Cascadia, Saskatchewan in Canada and Montana of the U.S.A. (the real-life location can be seen at about https://www.google.com/maps/@48.99962,-110.0044919,31m/data=!3m1!1e3). This is intended to be a symbol of peace, tolerance, forgiveness and harmony, between the countries, and where people can technically cross borders with no trouble or worries.
