The story of the Zootopian hospital ship Marian Wilde going to Gaza; the official cover story on why Hillary Rodham Clinton/Donald John Trump invaded Zootopia

Information about the ship HS Marian Wilde:

As common with NATNWO hospital ships, since the right to keep and bear arms does not necessarily apply to them to keep their neutrality, Marian Wilde is equipped with water cannons, hot water sprays, Long Range Acoustic Devices, and laser dazzlers.

The ship also had several Ambassador's Office Police Emergency Response Team (SWAT) Officers on board in blue shirts, khaki cargo pants, and blue berets, armed with Zootopian copies of Ruger Mini-14 semi-automatic rifles (due to their less threatening appearance). Zootopia Coast Guard personnel were not stationed on-board as that it was believed that they were more likely to be seen as military personnel.

January the 20th, 2017.

The hospital ship, HS Marian Wilde, which is Zootopian registered, owned and operated by Zootopia's Ambassador's Office (which handles human-related affairs), was going to Gaza to be a floating hospital for the Palestinian territory.

While passing the NATNWO Navy group that was 25 miles off the coast of Israel, the captain made the decision to not offload the firearms that were on-board the vessel, and to proceed to Gaza.

Just while entering Gaza's contiguous zone, a small motorboat was detected running towards Marian Wilde's port side. The Marian Wilde's captain called the Israeli Navy, telling them that he believed that the individuals on the boat intended to attack his ship. The Israeli Navy did not respond.

As the boat got closer, the crew of the Marian Wilde were in pirate-defense mode, activating the fog horn, hot water sprays, and manning water cannons, LRADs, and dazzler lasers, but not yet using them against the boat's crew.

As the boat got within 300 feet of the Marian Wilde, the water cannons were pointed at them, keeping them at bay. Then 3 of the 4 individuals on the boat started firing on the ship, with one firing at the bridge with a Negev 7.62 machine gun, another one also firing at the bridge with a X95 with a GL 40 grenade launcher attached to it, and another one with an RPG-7 firing at the hull.

Crew members attempted to use laser dazzlers, but it wasn't enough.

As explosive rounds hit the ship and started sinking it, the captain ordered the Police Officers to open fire on the boat with their semi-automatic rifles, killing everyone on board.

Using Marian Wilde's radio the captain then notified the Israeli Navy about what happened, but he barely finished his message when several Harpoon anti-ship missiles was fired at the ship, destroying it.

The mainstream media got into a frenzy over the incident. It was claimed that Marian Wilde was a Q-ship full with a force of elite Zootopian Marines (which are actually part of the army) that attacked a family of innocent Israeli Jews, and the attack looked something like this:

But, the media was eventually forced to retract the official story and show the actual footage, shot by the Police Officers wearing body cameras plus the ship itself having cameras, looks a much closer to this (warning: it shows actual pirates being shot).

Also, the individuals on the boat were not typical Jews: they were delusional fanatics who were so extreme that only the very most extreme of Jewish supremacists even associated with them, and so unstable that the Israel Defense Forces already dishonorably discharged them for attacking people who did not unconditionally, enthusiastically, and fully support them.

However, the denial of firearms permits did not stop the individuals from obtaining weapons off of the black market.

But, it was too late: as the new president of the United States of America was being sworn into office, he (in the Trump timeline)/she (in the Clinton timeline) said that "we must protect Israel from these terrorists", and sent SEAL Team 6 and the CIA Special Operations Group to Zootopia to force their government at gunpoint to accept annexation to the United States of America.

The plot to the Somali Pirate hijacking & the Zootopian arrest of the megayacht Lavon/Talpiot

Prologue and background history:
Months before this event happened, the megayacht Lavon was completed and launched in Germany. She was, from a design standpoint, virtually identical to the Azzam (though she has the highest quality furniture & electronics that money can possibly buy), and cost over $600 million to build.
Her callsign was E5U-AGTR-5, and she was registered to the Cook Islands. Her International Maritime Organisation number and Maritime Mobile Service Identity number are both yet to be specified.

She was captained by Jon Pollard. She was owned by American televangelists, Zionists, and neoconservative authoritarians Pat Roberts and John Hagey. 
A few of the guests were Sivan Kurz, Paul Kurz, Yaron Schmuck, Odead Ellner, and Omir Marmari, all of whom are Mossad agents. A few others were Larry Frank, Lew Libby, Mark Ritch, and Paul Wolf, who were involved in 9/11, and brothers John Pedosta and Tony Pedosta, who worked with the Clinton family.

The events:

In 2016, after the victory of Hillary Clinton and Joe Lieberman (or Donald Trump and Mike Huckabee, in their timeline) beat Ron Paul and Ry Dawson, Zionist Neoconservative Televangelist Pat Roberts and John Hagey took his new yacht (which he brought with the help of Israeli money that he got from pushing a political agenda) and set sail to celebrate the establishment victory.

Roberts left his original home to get onto his megayacht, the Lavon, which was in Port Isabel, New Israel, at the time, along with Larry Frank, Lew Libby, and Mark Ritch. Lavon then went through the Suzez Canal, and visited Eilat, Israel, where Sivan Kurz, Paul Kurz, Yaron Schmuck, Odead Ellner, and Omir Marmari boarded. 
While going to and from Eilat, Lavon traveled through Saudi Waters before going into international waters.

On her way to Saudi Arabia to pick up Saudis involved in 9/11 who were on the east coast, Lavon was attacked by four Somali pirates on a skiff.
Azzam's captain radioed for help, and less than fifteen minutes later, a Zootopia Human Hunters Force helicopter from the Q-ship Karma (which was disguised as a bulk carrier, with her only markings being her name, port of registry, & IMO number on her stern) was deployed to deploy a boarding team on Lavon.

The team bordered, killing all four pirates in the process. But instead of the vessel, the Human Hunters team arrested the owner, guests, captain, and officers, making thom go into the MV Vengence's  and placed the mostly Christian, Palestinian, and Jewish Ethiopian crew under their command (with significantly reduced work hours and far better food and treatment).
The team also liberated the children who were being used as slaves.

The governments of the United States of America and Israel pressured the Zootopian government to order the Zootopia Human Hunters Force and the Zootopian Navy to release the American and Israeli citizens, with the U.S. government requesting that the Lavon be released becuase she is under American ownership, and the Cook Islands (which were, in this timeline, an associated state with Cascadia) government requested that the Lavon be released becuase Lavon is registered to the Cook Islands.

But the Cook Islands, being an associated state with a Nations Against The New World Order member country, signed an agreement in the status of forces agreement treaty stating that NATNWO armed forces can stop seagoing vessels of associated states if probable cause applies and a "good reason" can be provided for doing so.
Since the people on board are wanted by the Nations Against The New World Order for involvement in international crimes, and they were on a seagoing vessel that was under NATNWO jurisdiction, the Zootopian Navy and Human Hunters Force were able to place them in custody to face trial in NATNWO joint court.

The arrested individuals were offloaded from the MV Vengeance and transferred to a supermax prison ship, which is maintained by Zootopia's Navy but is crewed by and under the command of the Human Hunters Force.
The crew of Lavon were offloaded from the yacht and placed in a minimum-security immigration detention camp.
The yacht Lavon herself was taken to one of the Zootopian Navy shipyard's dry docks for further searching and inspection for "anything of interest".

Just before the inauguration of Hillary Rodham Clinton, the prison ship experienced mechanical issues, and reluctantly, her top commander (the top leader of a vehicle under the command of by the Human Hunters Force) ordered his ship to go to Zootopia's Navy shipyards to have work done on the prison ship's engines.

Soon after the prison ship was moored, Central Intelligence Agency Special Activities Division and United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group operators went into Zootopia and forced their government at gunpoint to submit to the demands of the government of the United States of America.
After being liberated by the United States Federal government and the Clinton administration, the Lavon was released from Zootopian Navy and Human Hunters Force joint arrest, her owners, guests, captain, and officers were released from prison, and her crew was taken out of the immigration detention camp, leaving them with no choice but to go back to their borderline slave work on the Lavon.
Pat Roberts and John Hagey took back the Lavon, changed her name to Talpiot (for so far unknown reasons) and changed her port of registry to Shenzhen, China (so they are outside the jurisdiction of Nations Against The New World Order countries), and set sail for Eilat, Israel.
While sailing back to Israel, NATNWO armed forces can do nothing to stop a foreign-flagged vessel that is not violating her flag state's laws nor international laws.
The Captain of a Zootopian submarine considered sinking Talpiot with a torpedo, but it was considered to not be worth it becuase most of the crew members are considered innocent. There were also plans to have privateer-mercenaries attack the yacht and kill or capture everyone but average crew members, but this would be considered an illegal killing under NATNWO laws, and besides, the yacht had armed mercenaries on-board, which would make such a feat difficult.

. The name "Lavon" was a reference to the real-life "Lavon Affair", an Israeli false-flag attack.
. The Lavon/Talpiot call sign "AGTR-5" is a reference to the hull number of the real-life U.S.S. Liberty.
. The re-naming of the yacht to "Talpiot" and re-flagging Lavon/Talpiot to China is a reference to the real-world "Operation Talpiot", which involves both Israeli and Chinese technology companies.

Disclaimer: all characters in this story plot (except for the mentioned Hillary Clinton, Joe Lieberman, Donald Trump, Mike Huckabee, Ron Paul and Ry Dawson, who are barely even involved) are fictional. Wilde family origins plot; Tod, Vixey, Aleu, & Copper / Nick Wilde is a descendent of Robin Hood & Maid Marian

For the story of Maid Marian's parents, Tod and Vixey, I'll use MajesticWolfsx's "Aleu/Todd ( Family/Friendship )" story (in the descriptions of the videos), including  aerotechway1's │ S a c r i f i c e │.

Soon after Copper was inadvertently shot and killed by Amos Slade, Tod and Vixey were captured by scientists and smuggled to England, where they were subjected to genetic experiments and Vixey gave birth to Maid Marian, who turned out to be anthropomorphic with a scaled-down human brain and, becuase of genetics, was missing the dark fur on her forearms and a white tip on her tail.

As for the backstory of Robin Hood's parents, I'll just say that he is a grandson of O-ha from Hunter's Moon/The Foxes of Firstdark. Robin Hood's parent was subjected to genetic experiments and, when he was born, turned out to be anthropomorphic with a scaled-down human brain and, becuase of genetics, was missing the dark fur on his forearms and a white tip on his tail.

One of Robin Hood and Maid Marian's children were John Wilde, the father of Nicholas Pieberus Wilde.

Nick Wilde ended up short because his mother was very short, and closer to the size of a normal red fox.

Zootopia origins & annexation characters (& their backstories)

Lieutenant Nicolas: a Cascadian stealth trooper and commando veteran. He lead a platoon (for now, I’m thinking of 30, including himself) of private militia commandos with Cascadian weapons and brown, unmarked uniforms to help the animals of the Animal kingdom fend off British attackers, and then sneak to a ship to bring them to Ireland then Cascadia. He was introverted but altruistic and caring.
Interestingly, he has a soft side: spending a surprising amount of his free time volunteering at animal shelters.


Trivia:
. Nick Wilde adopted his first name from him.
. Some belive that he has asperger's syndrome, due to his strong values, and concentrated interests (on military tactics, military and survival equipment, and caring for others).

Medic Wilde: the medic in Nicholas’ platoon. He’s the newest member, and became a medic because of his background as a general practitioner veterinarian who, interestingly, also a practical competition shooter in his freetime. Then he went through training to become a battle medic, but didn’t really get the job before joining Nicolas’ platoon. Before getting a job as a vet, he grew up as a farm boy who sometimes went into the woods to sharpen his outdoor survival skills with Nicolas, and was one of Nicolas’ few but very close friends.

Trivia: John Wilde adopted Medic Wilde’s surname to honor him because Medic Wilde assisted Maid Marian in giving birth to all of her children.

John Wilde:
The father of Nicolas Pieberus Wilde, and the last child of Robin Hood and Maid Marian, John is a retired soldier for the Zootopian Army and is a combat veteran, fighting alongside Mr. Tran when he was deployed to defend islands owned by the Republic of Vietnam in skirmishes against China.
After seeing religious, tribal, and ethnic conflict in Africa, and after 9/11 and how the majority of the American public reacted, John dropped his libertarian views and became a neolibertarian as he felt that humans are too stupid for their own good and that the Zootopian military should assassinate religious leaders (he believes that religion is holding back human progress, especially with African and middle eastern fundamentalism, and American evangelical belifs on unconditionally loving and supporting Jewish people and Israel as if they are the same thing and can do nothing wrong, among other delusions), key figures in the CIA, Mossad, and Saudi Intelligence, people who influence the media and government on behalf of the military-industrial complex, and above all, central bankers.

After Zootopia was annexed against its will by the United States of America, John became angry, and made statements such as "I wish the Zootopian military released the bioweapon Invincible when it had a chance to do so".

John was voted into becoming Zootopia state's Attorney General, the state's chief law enforcement officer, and gaining control of the state's Shocktroopers Force, which is famous for their extreme violence to deal with even mild problems and has serious problem within their culture.

But towards the presidential election of 2020, John realised that he was being too harsh, and after Ron Paul was elected, his faith in humanity was fully restored.

Trivia:
. John is a weapons collector, having an entire underground vault full of live weapons and ammunition. He was a day away from submitting his application for a dealer's license when Zootopia was annexed.

Dovid Antebi:
Dovid is a Libertopia State SWAT Team 6 Sergeant. His backstory originated with him being a security officer working in a team at a school in San Antonio, Libertopia. That school fell victim to a terrorist attack.
That event angered him to the point that he can hardly contain his anger. Motivated by his hatred of what he sees as evil (one example being religious extremist groups), he joined SWAT Team 6. 

During his career in SWAT Team 6, Dovid became known for his aggressive and ruthless fighting style, and often rough treatment of prisoners, which made people compare him to the likes of characters such as Batman and Anakin Skywalker. His antics as a cowboy cop made him always 1 step away from being removed from SWAT Team 6, yet he controlled himself and channelled all of his negative emotions well enough that, combined with his training in SWAT Team 6, that he became the most decorated law enforcement officer in state history.

. Trivia:
. While Dovid comes from a Jewish family, he identifies as being agnostic and secular with a libertarian political view.
. I came up with Dovid Antebi's name from combining the names of 2 real life Rabbis who disagree with the current Israeli government; Josef Antebi (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIT9sLz29iQ) and Dovid Wiess (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUppu2OHVTY).

Kriss Ite: the story’s protagonist and a truth teller. For years, he had contact with the “Truthers”, a group of people involving Ryan Dawson, Michael Rivero, Ron Paul, and writers for websites such as Antiwar.com and Consortiumnews.com.

He grew up in Austin, Libertopia State, and, with his family, later moved to Zootopia on January the 24th, 2017, to escape the terrorism from Zootopian independence militants when he was only in the 9th grade.

Robin Hood (after the Battle for the Animal Kingdom):
After arriving in Cascadia, Robin Hood wanted to thank the country that saved him and his people. His way of thanking Cascadia ended up going into the Cascadian Army.

During his time in the Army, Robin did so well in tests that he qualified to become an officer, up to the rank of lieutenant colonel.

Though he joined the army, he seriously considered other branches of the armed forces, being the Navy and Airforce, all of which being military services, and also considered joining the Federal Police, but didn't seriously consider joining Federal Corrections, even though the latter two are civil law enforcement services. 

During the United States' (and Canada's) invasion of Cascadia, the Cascadia's Department of Defense knew that Robin is a charismatic leader, and a potentially good one for the animals, so he was assigned to lead both the Cascadian Animal Volunteer Battalion (the AVB) and the Animal Regiment (AR) of the civilian militia.

Robin's reason to not join the Navy or Air Force was because he wanted to be close to more of his people, and he did not join Federal Corrections becuase he had no interest in dealing with inmates or, potentially, prisoners of war (in Cascadia, corrections agencies may assist in handling POW's in Cascadian territory if nessasary).

In 1946, when Zootopia is founded, Robin Hood became the 1st president of the country, and held the title into the early 1950's.

Maid Marian (after the Battle for the Animal Kingdom):

After arriving in Cascadia, Marian was conscripted into the Civilian Militia. Becuase of her bad experience of shooting and killing a soldier back in England, which made it mentally hard for her to pick up and fire a firearm (I wouldn't say rather or not it is true PTSD), she was able to get an exception to not take part in monthly combat and survival training.

In November, when Cascadia was invaded and the Cascadian Defensive War started, Marian was assigned to help move and watch over animal children. One part of this is becuase of the princess-like mindset that she was raised with, and the other part was her very small size, only 4 feet, 9 inches tall and 38 pounds.
In spite of this, Marian was able to help out surrounding law enforcement and militia units fight whenever paratroopers and paramarines get into civilian areas.

During the Cascadian Defensive War, becuase Marian never fought in battle unless she is forced to (especially when children are nearby), she thought that she would be teased by professional military, and law enforcement personnel, and some members of the civilian militia.

But, quite the opposite happened, and Marian found that she was far from alone in being a reluctant warrior. Cascadian military, law enforcement, and civilian militia combat troops actually understood that combat jobs are inherently dangerous, stressful, and overall tough, and that combat jobs are not for everyone.

In Cascadian culture, unlike in American culture (among a few others), and Communist and National Socialist (Fascist) political cultures (not saying that American culture is like the latter 2), armed forces are seen as a nessasary evil to defend a nation (as in the case with the military) and keep the peace and rule of law (as in the case with law enforcement, private security, and bounty hunters), are not glorified and, rather than being seen as forces of good or absolute evil, are seen as tool-like entities.

In 1946, when Zootopia was founded, Marian became the Chief Ambassador of Zootopia and Zootopia's civilian representative to NATNWO countries into the early 1950's.
She also advocated for the better treatment of humans in Zootopia.

Amos slade:Early in his life, Amos wasn't a particularly bad person. However, starting in his 50's, he started to hunt, and when he did, while he usually complied with other hunting regulations, he buys permits up to the very limit per regulations, and barely complies with those.

The reason why Amos has such a short temper and bad attitude is becuase, in late 1908, while his father was poaching in the far north of Yukon, a spotter on a Cascadian Federal Police Railroad Scout Unit/RSU (RSU's conduct patrols in the far rural and northern frontiers of Cascadia, and trains are used as mobile bases) spotted him, and called for fellow Federal Police agents to get off of the train and see what Amos' father up to.
Amos' father raised his M1906BA rifle at the agents, which caused the sniper on the train to shoot him, mortally wounding Amos' father.

After his father's death, Amos gained a short temper and bad attitude, and imported illegal traps.

In 1909, Amos killed Tod's mother, and in the spring of next year, killed Tod and Vixey's kit (as described in Aleu/Todd ( Family/Friendship ) ~ Part 6 ~). 
3 years later, while Tod is down on the shore near a waterfall, at the last second, Copper jumped in front of Amos slade's shotgun, and Amos inadvertently kills Copper (as described in │ S a c r i f i c e │).
After that, Amos finally quit hunting.

In late November of 1941, Amos was redeemed saving Robin Hood And Maid Marian by picking up a Cascadian Thompson submachine gun and holding back a small number of U.S. marines, but was mortally wounded.

In his last few minutes of life, laying down wounded, was tended to by Robin Hood and Maid Marian, surprising him.

Why was Zootopia annexed? And what happened after Zootopia was annexed?

Officially, Zootopia was annexed for 2 official reasons:

1: To protect Israel.

2: To rescue American citizens.

But, the official reason is to gain control over Zootopia's high tech industries (especially in technology and heavy industry), which help supply military equipment and technology to Nations Against The New World Order countries. This is especially when Zootopia has just created a jet fighter called "Aurora", which flies so fast, can hit targets with such great precision, and has such long range that it can bring the world's militaries to their knees in a matter of hours, and Zootopia has already helped supply NATNWO navies with cutting-edge advanced, but reliable, watercraft.

Under the Trump timeline, it was made to ensure full control of Zootopia's and its industries and incorporating it into the U.S..

Under the Clinton timeline, Zootopia was annexed to avoid forcefully awakening her followers about her foreign policy.

The coup was possible when the CIA and Mossad activated human rioters on January the 20th/21st. Becuase the Zootopian authorities have so little experience with the type of chaos that they were facing, a CIA Special Operations Group team slipped in and, albeit just barely, succeeded at pulling off the coup d'eat.

What happened after Zootopia was annexed?

After Zootopia's annexation as a state to the United States of America under president Hillary Rodham Clinton and vice-president Joseph Isadore Lieberman, there were a few, short, however tense, days of calmness.

But, after a raid on a Zootopian warehouse that left over half a dozen BATFE agents dead, the president deployed any special forces that can be mustered, with the United States Marine Corps acting as the backbone infantry force, all both under the Insurrection Act and to enforce federal laws (especially with taxes, weapons and drugs, in that exact order), as as to not (at least technically) violate the Posse Comitatus Act.


On April the 19th, the Militant Animal Nationalists (which is an umbrella term for any group with belifs from wanting to protect sentient animal kind from humans to believing in complete destruction of humans, and belive in using violence in doing so) started carrying out terrorist attacks in the United States.

Specifically, MNI groups went after people who they catch abusing animals on the internet, and especially went after CEO's, owners and managers of companies that they see as abusing animals (especially agricultural and animal breeding companies and research institutions that do experiments on animals that MNI groups disagree with), often kidnapping or, if not possible, killing them.

And even more so, MNI groups went after government officials and people they see as contributing to the "New World Order".
MNI groups also attacked important industries, and especially, infrastructure, which made much of the United States feel like it is "falling apart".


During this time, Tame Collar Enforcement was created, and the president refused to negotiate, instead keeping up the fighting.

Meanwhile, in Zootopia, there is an interservice rivalry going on between Zootopian law enforcement agencies and Federal U.S. law enforcement agencies and military, as that the Zootopians refused to help Federal agencies as that they saw Federal agencies as invaders and are illegitimate. This hampered efforts to suppress terrorism in Zootopia.

But worse, terrorism caused by Zootopian resistance groups .
There were also Zionist , and Islamist terrorists mercenaries were also sent in by the CIA, Mossad, Saudi Intelligence, and MI6 to distract Zootopian law enforcement and the public from the Zionist terrorists.

Many Zootopians see the presence of American federal agents and military personnel in their country as more than an invasion, with Hillary Clinton being King George the III and federal agents and military personnel being the next British redcoats and port-blockading Royal Navy. They also saw Hillary Clinton as the next Prince John, Neoconservatives as the next Sir Hiss, federal agency leaders as the next Sheriff of Nottingham, federal agents and military personnel as the next wolf arrowmen, and so on and so forth.

The Zootopia Human Hunters & Zootopia & weapons of mass destruction

The Zootopia Humans Hunters is an intelligence, law enforcement gendarmerie, and combined arms force all rolled into 1 (that is comparable to organisations such as the CIA and Mossad, Volkspolizei and People's Armed Police, and United States Marine Corps respectively). However, some can say that their dogmatic loyalty to their country and animal kind is comparable to the Waffen SS's loyalty to Adolf Hitler, and near purity in feeling dark emotions (particularly hatred, anger, rage, and lust for power, all with an obsessive, unbreakable passion, along with showing enemies not even the slightest hint of sympathy, compassion or mercy), is similar to, but even more extreme than the Sith from Star Wars.

Their official emblem is Fire, Crosshairs, and Skull and Crossbones. Fire represents hot destruction. Crosshairs represents targeting. And the skull and crossbones represents the death of humans.

Its stated purpose is to "Protect the Nonpartisan Secular Constitutional Republic of Zootopia from humans". More specifically, the ZHH monitors the activity of foreign governments, religious groups, political groups, and companies owned and/or ran by humans and/or have humans in them, act as customs agents whenever humans are coming to Zootopia or suspected of doing so (especially in the case of watercraft in Zootopian waters and aircraft that landed in Zootopian jurisdiction), and does experimentation on humans sentenced to capital punishment.
They were also responsible for licensing humans to possess weapons while on Zootopian jurisdiction, and registration of weapons, weapon components, and ammunition possessed by humans (especially by non-military personnel). Humans are not allowed to join the ZHH, with exceptions of human secret agents working under extremely strict binding contracts.

The ZHH is the ONLY government agency ever to be authorised to be both a military and law enforcement agency. The constitutions of NATNWO countries strictly forbid deploying on civil soil (with some leeway of allowing militaries to be deployed on civil soil in the case of an invasion), and discourages militarisation of law enforcement.

There are 4 branches of the ZHH, from largest to smallest: infantry, pirate fleet (navy), air force, and intelligence.

Basic training for a ZHH Stormtrooper (infantry soldier) is over 13 hard weeks long, and from then on, troops would train every day when possible (often for hours on end).

For ZHH Shock Troops (special forces) and secret agents, their training is even longer, harder, and more in-depth about things such as infiltration, intelligence gathering and assassinations.


The ZHH, in response to seeing how the United States uses hired mercenaries in Latin America, formed their own "Privateer's corps", which uses animal infiltrators and human mercenaries to do their bidding.
Part of this are the "Pirate Marines", which was more active and acted more like sea vigilantes. Most of the time they went after waling vessels, illegal fishing vessels, and conducted "counter piracy" operations around Indonesia.

Zootopia is the only NATNWO country with weapons of mass destruction. These are mainly old nuclear bombs and warheads, newer hydrogen warheads, and a bioweapon.

It is also the only NATNWO country that authorises human experimentation, and, for those convicted of very serious crimes (ie war crimes, crimes against humanity), they are exempt from the protection from "cruel and unusual punishment".

There is a laboratory-prison that Zootopia brought from cascadia that's located in the Aleutian islands, and this is the place where bioweapons and interrogation and mind control techniques are developed.

The lab is guarded by the ZHH, surrounded by Zootopian Navy ships and the Air Force patrolling the skies and surrounding area (even though the ZHH has a few ships and a number of stealth and combat aircraft).

The lab is biosafety level 4+ (the video below should give you a clue about what a BSL 4 laboratory is like) and is also equipped with at least level 3 biosafety cabinets.

Inside the prison, inmates generally wear pocketless pink jumpsuits without underwear, and are confined to tiny pink cells (which can be as bare as a 25 square foot room with a drain).

If a bioweapon is to be experimented on an inmate, the inmate is led to the lowest level of the building, the "bio experiments" floor.
Here, there are all cast stainless steel cells, each one with an air-tight door, a floor that slopes inward toward a drain, and top vents to let in experimental substances and controls the cell's air mix.

When a cell is to be cleaned out, first, it is slicked down with liquid soap. Then it is cleaned with chemical pressure washers that ensures that viruses and other biological substances does not leak into the outside world and literally end humanity unintentionally.

All waste, including sewage, is treated on-site and incinerated and inspected to prevent contamination.

When an inmate dies, an autopsy is generally done. Though sometimes vivisections have also been done when experimenters feel that a vivisection would yield better results than an autopsy.

The bioweapon, a virus, is simply called “Invincible”. While it is absolutely harmless to organisms that aren’t humans, it is ludicrously lethal to humans with no cure, and anything that one does to even try to slow down their death from the disease once they get is is next to useless.

Invincible is perhaps most comparable to ebolapox in which the effects combine the effects of other diseases that were in existence before, especially ebola, but also causes the following:
Tissue to die and rot, with skin peeling at least as easily as wet tissue paper.
Blood and projectile vomiting.
Internal bleeding.
Diarrhea, with blood.
Dysentery.
Hijacking the immune system and turning it against the body.
Destruction of the central nervous system.

And that's just to name a few.

Origins and history:

The Zootopia Human Hunters can trace their origins to a special unit of Robin Hood's animal volunteers that joined the Cascadian Army's Special Forces. This unit was called "Titan force" (no reference to the band).

These individuals had to pass training that are about as hard for them as the Cascadian Army's Special Forces would be for humans.
These units, alongside their human counterparts, wreaked pure havoc against invading American and Canadian ground-based forces.

After the Pearl Harbor attack on December the 7th, 1941, both the human and animal Commandos, together with Cascadia's conventional military forces, were deployed outside of Cascadia to capture islands in the pacific from Japan before other countries do, to enforce the independence of counties of the future European Federation, and attempt to combat war crimes by both sides without starting a war.

After World War 2, the Nonpartisan Secular Constitutional Republic of Zootopia was being formed, and its founders were divided between which types of military and law enforcement that the new nation would have, and the type of training and doctrine these armed forces should have.
As a compromise, military and law enforcement are separated with the very exception of the Zootopia Human Hunters, which would also act as the nation's intelligence service and elite military branch, and have controll over Weapons of Mass Destruction.

During the Korean and Vietnam wars, and the NATNWO takeover of Laos, the ZHH spearheaded the invasions, with the first one being led by World War 2 era veterans.

During this time, before conflict even breaks out, ZHH intelligence would collect information about what powerful people are up to, what is going on in areas of the world, and plan actions.

After Zootopia was annexed, ZHH units in the state were re-branded as the "Zootopia State Shocktroopers Force".

However, many ZHH members decided to leave the agency and get involved in militant actions of attacking the United States government and collectively punish Americans to try to get them to oppose their government's actions, along with going after and punishing any animal abusers that former ZHH members could find.
However, these actions simply escalated violence, and did more harm to the Zootopian sovereignty movement than good.

Sometime in the 2020's, several years after Zootopia regained independence, the ZHH was finally disbanded after a NATNWO court order publically declaring it a criminal entity and forcing Zootopia to disband it, the ZHH's rain of terror finally ended, but their infamous legacy lived for generations to come.

As for ZHH veterans, even though many were not necessarily evil, they are practically brainwashed into believing in using violence to solve problems, and emotional imbalance from being conditioned into mainly feeling dark emotions.

Trivia:

. I consider the ZHHF to be an anti-villain organisation (if you're curious about what an anti-villain is, read the TV Tropes article on the topic). This is becuase, while I consider it good that the ZHHF opposes fundamentalism & the New World Order, it is militantly anti-theist, culturally chauvinistic (believing that Zootopian culture is better than virtually every other culture in the world), & does not belive in following it's country's laws or the laws set by the Nations Against The New World Order.

. The ZHHF developed three of its own signature camouflage patterns that, under Zootopian law, no non-member individual can possess nor can any other organisation obtain (with the sole exception of specifically authorised individuals working with the ZHHF), all in tiger stripe: "Mean Green" (which has black stripes on a rifle green background, intended for use in green areas), "Sandstorm" (which has maroon stripes on a khaki background, intended for sandy or arid areas), and "Cold Blood" (which has black stripes on a white background).
The only good camouflage pattern was "Sandstorm", which is why ZHHF members going on vital missions are permitted to use other camouflage designs.

. The ZHHF's restrictions on who can wear their uniforms is similar to the real-world United States Marine Corps policies about non-marines wearing USMC uniforms (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniforms_of_the_United_States_Marine_Corps#Wear_by_Navy_personnel), except that the ZHHF's policy is more situation specific.

. The ZHHF is responsible for doing asset repossessions on behalf of Zootopian entities, especially with ships that are outside of the country.

. The intentionally discriminating effects of "Invincible" is similar to real-world race-specific bioweapons developed by Israel.

. Disease and mind control experimentation on humans is similar to how the U.S. government (among others, such as Imperial Japan's Unit 731) has done, with the Tuskegee syphilis experiment, Guatemala syphilis experiment, and Fort Detrick experiments for disease-related experimentation, and Project MKUltra when it comes to mind control.

. The disease "Invincible" and how it affects humans but not animals is similar to the nerve gas depicted in the James Bond film Moonraker. In the film, a man by the name of Hugo Drax creates nerve gas that kills humans, but not animals, with the plan being that himself and his "master race" will go into a space station, poison earth with the gas, and once it's safe to come back to earth, repopulate the planet with his "master race".

The disease "invincible" causes a slower and, at least arguably, nastier death than the Moonraker nerve gas, but can reproduce and spread on its own, so massive amounts of the substance aren't as nessasary, and may be somewhat more realistic as it is a biological weapon that discriminates by DNA as opposed to a chemical weapon with an unexplained way of discriminating by species.

. The Fire, Crosshairs, and Skull and Crossbones are analogous to the real-world United States Marine Corps' Eagle, Globe and Anchor (no offense to actual U.S. Marines or anyone who knows a Marine).
