When Zootopia was founded in 1946, the Ambassador's Office was formed as a dedicated agency to handle Zootopian relations with the human world, and maintain Zootopian sectors of NATNWO embassies.
The Ambassador's Office also owns and operates government owned hospital ships.
After the reforms that coincided with the release of the docudrama "Zootopia" in March of 2016, the Ambassador's Office Peace Officer Division is renamed the Human Administrative Police, and grew as a force to provide services in locations with large numbers of humans (especially human occupied housing areas), and also had the responsibility to license human to possess weapons and ammunition.
Law enforcement uniforms:
Class A uniforms are sky blue shirts with white pants and white peaked caps with blue braids.
Class B uniforms are dark indigo combat fatigues with cloth badges, and white service and name tapes and "POLICE" back patches with black lettering. Patches are of a shield design, that says "Zootopia Ambassador's Office Peace Officers Division", and later on "Zootopia Ambassador's Office Human Administrative POLICE". The metal clip-on badge is worn on the wearer's body armor, as are white patches with black lettering that says "POLICE".
As for the helmet, it is blue like a United Nations soldier's helmet, but with Zootopia Ambassador's Office markings.
Trivia:
. Ambassador's Office Peace Officers wear blue uniforms and drive fully marked vehicles with European-style battenburg markings.
